We build curbs a minimum of four inches above the finished roof surface and wrap the waterproofing membrane up and over the curb top before the skylight is set.

A like-for-like skylight replacement is generally categorically exempt; adding a new opening, changing roof height, or altering the roof material can require a CDP or an exemption filing. We check your parcel and handle the filing when it applies.
